Emergency Appointments

If you are in pain during surgery hours, please call us as soon as possible and we'll make every effort to see you the same day. For our registered patients we also offer out-of-hours emergency care through a small rota with carefully selected local practices. If you have a severe dental problem that cannot wait until we are open, an emergency telephone number is available on the surgery answer phone.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please call us as soon as possible. We operate a cancellation list so we can contact patients wishing to be seen sooner. Cancellations with less than two working days may unfortunately be subject to a short notice cancellation charge so PLEASE PHONE US!
